I have worked for a variety of companies, spanning a number of different industries – including Janssen-Cilag, IBM, Lotus Development, Scientific Games Digital and Kambi.
I have held generalist, business partner and specialist roles with both local and global responsibilities. My areas of specialty are talent management, succession planning, reward and HR systems and analytics. I have also successfully managed the HR elements of mergers and acquisitions, large scale employee outsourcing and business divestments.
I have a track record of supporting managers to deliver HR services and solutions in complex environments, balancing best people practice and compliance within a commercial context.
